Then Jesus asked, "What is the kingdom of God like? What shall I compare it to? It is like a mustard seed, which a man took and planted in his garden. It grew and became a tree, and the birds of the air perched in its branches."
Luke 13:18-19, NIV

Hannah's House opened in 2006 in Mount Vernon, Washington as a home that provides basic fundamental needs to pregnant women such as food and shelter, while also supporting them in pursuing the life of their dreams.

Each resident of Hannah's House has her own unique needs, fears, talents, and gifts, but share the need for emotional, spiritual, physical and intellectual fulfillment. As each living circumstance requires a different strategy, residents are blessed with volunteers and staff dedicated to work with them.

The new life pursued by these mothers is often a major adjustment for them, yet opens up a world of possibilities for them and the babies they carry.

Vision
We are a compassionate resource for unexpected pregnancies.

Mission
Hannah's House is a safe residential ministry dedicated to women with unexpected pregnancies by nurturing a women's soul through spiritual care, relational support and life-skills education
