influence our residents in becoming self supporting
women of the community as well as emotionally
equipped to face life's many challenges. Our
program is geared toward the many unique needs
of women by providing them with avenues to heal
from past challenges and to advance themselves
into a more hope-filled future.
Our program entitled, "Rhythms of Grace", provide
women with support groups, one-on-one counseling,
and mentor relationships. We offer self-help
courses on a variety of topics as well as childbirth
and parenting/adoption plans. We provide instruction
on finances, study skills, nutrition, and employment
preparation. We teach women healthy strategies
that will enhance her present and future relationships.
Our purpose is to restore hope. Our desire is
to see life-change that lasts. Our intention
is that no woman would chose to end her pregnancy
out of a lack of community support. We offer
women the opportunity to make decisions based
on hope not on despair. We want all women to
know they are worthy of dignity and respect,
toward that end the team at Hannah's House is
dedicated.
